Mr. Mink has 3 years of system administration experience maintaining IT infrastructure. During Blackout timeframe, assists the unit with system re-imaging, device registration, network connectivity and printer configuration; additionally, provides on the job training for unit technical representatives during conversion.

Implemented NOC team response policies to alerting devices in order to provide upper level NOC members (including myself), upper level DBAs and System Administrators with consistent and more reliable actionable items. This in turn improved system uptimes. Improved licensing server solution by splitting single overtaxed and unreliable virtual device into smaller separate license deploy-method based devices. Supported Access Control RS2 lock systems and Access It! software through high expansion during the addition of new dorms with wireless lock systems.
