Mr. Mink has 3 years of system administration experience maintaining IT infrastructure. Responsible for managing all technical aspects of the transition of the assigned organizational elements from the legacy STAMIS to the GCSS-Army enterprise system. Works closely with unit technical representatives to develop a transition plan and ensure all systems are fully mission capable when the designated unit goes live on the enterprise system. Delivers the technical briefing to unit personnel at the D-120 site visit and maintains contact with customers through Blackout to ensure they are completing all conversion tasks on time. During Blackout timeframe, assists the unit with system re-imaging, device registration, network connectivity and printer configuration; additionally, provides on the job training for unit technical representatives during conversion.

Implemented NOC team response policies to alerting devices in order to provide upper level NOC members (including myself), upper level DBAs and System Administrators with consistent and more reliable actionable items. This in turn improved system uptimes. Improved licensing server solution by splitting single overtaxed and unreliable virtual device into smaller separate license deploy-method based devices. Supported Access Control RS2 lock systems and Access It! software through high expansion during the addition of new dorms with wireless lock systems. Also provided troubleshooting and primary contact to vendor assisting with the expansion. Implemented AP ENPS broadcast software server for the Flames Sports Network production team. Trained new employees across multiple departments on network operations including log-in procedures, network management software, permissions, printing issues, security and use of software.
